Our Values

Values are defining characteristics in a person as much as they are in an organisation such as ours. It underpins everything you do, every day, and is the basis upon how other people judge you.

It is because of this that we must clearly define the values we choose to follow, and use them to inspire and to be inspired.

Environment – given the type of work we do, we have the ability to have a positive impact on the environment around us. Ensuring we minimise waste and recycle wherever possible, and encourage those we work with to do the same. Use the correct chemicals and disposing of them properly and not simply pouring them into storm water.

Relationships – how we work together and with our customers to ensure a long standing relationship is important. We need to constantly re-assess how we can better serve our customers and each other, and continue to build the trust that all relationships are based on.

Commitment
– doing what we promise, when we promise. Not only to our customers, but also to each other. We must always be willing and able to help when the need arises, not just when it suits us.

Respect – we will always treat everyone involved in our business with respect. To achieve this we will listen to each other and not base our opinions on race, sex or religion.

Safety – the safety of everyone involved in our business and around us is paramount. Everything we do must be done safely. Ensuring correct methods are used, wearing personal protective equipment when required and displaying safety signage when appropriate will help minimise any risk.

Progressive – always looking for new and better ways to do things will help ensure the success of our business. Celebrating achievements and recognising high standards will be the hallmark of our organisation
