Occupational Health and Safety Commitment

At Integral we are committed to achieving and incident and injury free workplace throughout our operations.  The well being of  our staff , clients and others affected by our work is of major importance to us and all will be given equal priority when we consider how best to carry out our work.

In doing so we aim to achieve “Best Practice” and will especially focus on encouraging all our staff to be proactive in encouraging other organisation we work with to adopt a similar attitude.

In order to achieve this we will

  1. Educate and train all employees in an effort to continually improve awareness, skills and knowledge with regards to safety issues and practices;
  2. At the commencement of each project, all staff must read and acknowledge a clear understanding of the requirements for a safe and healthy work environment by reading and signing the Safe Work Method Statement and undertaking all works in accordance with this document;
  3. Continuously communicate with our employees and clients to promote an understanding of the importance of health and safety in the workplace;
  4. Comply with all relevant laws and regulations relating to health and safety ;
  5. Be aware of any requirements and comply in accordance with client or project specifications;
  6. Identify and minimise risks associated with the work we undertake with the view to control and remove potential risks;
  7. Provide an effective injury management and rehabilitation program for all staff, and;
  8. Continually report to all stakeholders with respect to both achievements and areas which require further improvement.

It is acknowledged that to achieve these values it is the responsibility of all employees of Integral to actively participate. By working together we will respond to these challenges and work towards creating a safer environment for all.
